Free Eid Fireworks In Dubai Locations

ENCHANTING FIREWORKS TO MARK EID CELEBRATIONS IN DUBAI

Dubai is preparing for a spectacular display of fireworks to commemorate Eid Al Fitr. Scheduled for the 30th and 31st of March, these exciting events will illuminate three captivating locations throughout the city.

THREE EXTRAORDINARY LOCATIONS TO ENJOY THE FIREWORKS

Gather your loved ones and make your way to the picturesque Hatta mountains to witness a breathtaking fireworks display near the Hatta Sign. Additionally, The Beach—located directly across from Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR)—as well as Bluewaters will also feature fireworks in honor of the Eid celebrations. It’s advisable to arrive early to secure prime viewing spots at popular dining venues in both areas, where you can savor the festive spirit alongside family and friends.

Beach Canteen, found on one of Dubai’s most scenic coastlines, will also celebrate the holiday with fireworks in the evening. This annual dining pop-up, located in Jumeirah 3 behind Sunset Mall at Nessnass Beach, offers an assortment of dishes from local favorites, complete with live entertainment and family-friendly activities. All fireworks displays are free for attendees to enjoy.

DETAILED LOCATIONS AND SCHEDULE FOR CELEBRATIONS

The specific locations for the fireworks displays include:
– Nessnass Beach
– Hatta
– The Beach, across from JBR, and Bluewaters

The schedule for the events is as follows:
– 1st day of Eid at Nessnass Beach: 8 PM
– 1st day of Eid at Hatta: 8 PM
– 2nd day of Eid at The Beach, opposite JBR, and Bluewaters: 9 PM

For those in the private sector, the public holiday will take place from Sunday, March 30 to Tuesday, April 1, allowing all private sector employees to enjoy paid leave during this period. If Ramadan concludes on its 30th day, this holiday will extend until Wednesday, April 2, 2025.

For federal government employees in the public sector, the Eid Al Fitr holiday is scheduled to be observed from 1st to 3rd Shawwal 1446 AH, with normal work resuming on the 4th of Shawwal.

MOON SIGHTING AND ITS IMPACT ON THE HOLIDAY

Should the crescent moon of Shawwal be seen on the evening of Saturday, March 29, Eid Al Fitr will commence on Sunday, March 30, making it the first day of Eid. Consequently, the official public holiday would extend from Sunday to Tuesday, offering most workers a four-day weekend from Saturday through Tuesday.

On the other hand, if the moon is not sighted that Saturday evening, Ramadan will continue for a full 30 days, and Eid will then start on Monday, March 31. Under this condition, residents could enjoy an even longer five-day weekend stretching from Saturday to Wednesday.
